This release applies to the photos and video you upload through this platform following your accreditation as a photographer or videographer for Sxhibition Melbourne 2026 (Fri 18 – Sun 20 September 2026, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre). By ticking the boxes below, you confirm the statements below in relation to the specific files in this upload.

Ownership. Under Section 3 of the Photographer Videographer Waiver and Release you signed at accreditation, all photo and video content you capture while working at Sxhibition Melbourne 2026 is already the property of Brim and Beyond Pty Ltd (trading as SXhibition Expo) ("SXhibition"). Uploading a file here doesn't create a new grant — it's one of the ways you deliver content SXhibition already owns, alongside the at-venue hard-drive export the Waiver also requires. SXhibition is happy for you to subsequently edit and share finished, edited results (a portfolio piece, showreel or social post) after the event, subject to the content and privacy restrictions specific to the area you shot, and to any approval SXhibition management requires.

What each declaration means:

• I shot this footage myself — you are the person who captured the file(s) in this upload, using your own equipment, and no one else holds a claim over the original capture.
• I confirm SXhibition already owns this footage under my signed Waiver — you confirm SXhibition already owns this footage under the Waiver you signed at accreditation, and you agree to the ownership arrangement above for the specific file(s) in this upload.
• Anyone identifiable in this footage agreed to being filmed — where a person's face or other identifying features are clearly visible and they are not incidental to a wide crowd shot, they knew they were being filmed or photographed and did not object.
• I am over 18, and everyone shown is over 18 — you confirm your own age and, to the best of your knowledge, the age of anyone identifiable in the footage.

These four are stored as separate records, each with the date, time, IP address and the version of this wording in force at the time — not as a single combined tick.

Delivering your full archive. You agree to deliver your complete, unedited archive from each day you were accredited for within 14 days of the final day of the event — by 4 October 2026. This platform is for selects and early delivery; your full archive can be delivered through it or by the arrangement set out in your accreditation Waiver.

How this sits alongside your signed Waiver. This upload-time release complements the Waiver you signed at accreditation rather than replacing or competing with it — it restates the Waiver's ownership terms and covers the gaps the Waiver leaves open: your email, the archive deadline above, and a per-upload confirmation record.

Your information. Along with your upload, this platform records your name, mobile or email (from your accreditation), the files you submit, and the confirmations above.
